There is so much competition today in every industry. Whether you are an accountant, coach, consultant, builder, dentist, or tradesman there is downward pressure on price and lots of competition.
I am in the web design industry which is VERY competitive. I have to compete against offshore workers, teenagers, and new competitors entering the industry every day which are all putting downward pressure on prices.
But I have been able to get triple and quadruple the prices some of my competitors are getting because I sell a SYSTEM, not just a service.
It doesn’t matter the industry you are in, when you sell a system instead of a service you will be able to eliminate your competition, increase your prices and have clients wanting to work with you.
